This Memorial was dedicated to Hilliard, Ohio residents who have served our country in the armed forces.

The main memorial is constructed from eight black granite panels attached to a block pillar, with the base and the cap stones made of solid grey granite. Surrounding the main piece are engraved granite benches and a granite marker dedicating the project.
